In 2009, the IT goal-sharing payout was 3.5%. Outstanding employees can also receive a salary increase of up to 5.95%. New this year: The company kicked off a green initiative, known as GreenQuest, which resulted in a carbon footprint reduction of 6%, with plans to reduce by another 5%.
