IT employees receive between 15 and 22 vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays, and periodic paid holiday shutdowns and early office closings before company holidays. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the company offers Flexible Fridays (compressed workweeks with Fridays off or reduced hours). Primary-care parents are eligible for six weeks of paid parental leave (eight weeks for multiple births) in addition to eight weeks of maternity leave (10 weeks for C-sections) or six weeks of paid adoption leave. For new fathers, the company offers three weeks of paternity leave. Non-primary-care parents are eligible for 15 days of paid leave that can be used immediately after the birth or adoption of a child, or at any time within the following year, consecutively or in smaller increments. The company's sick-day policy provides an unprescribed number of days (not to exceed five consecutive days) for an employee's illness or that of an immediate family member.
