The office lighting system uses advanced T8 technology and is 22% more efficient than standard office T8 designs, saving 800 tons of greenhouse gas emissions per year. To minimize the need for artificial lighting, workspaces are oriented to allow for maximum use of natural light. The supply of fresh air is controlled by indoor air quality sensors that adjust automatically. Wherever possible, materials with recycled content were used in the construction of the new facility.
