The resulting plan, known as the "IT 2.0 Road Map," is now being put into action, giving Coca-Cola IT staffers on-the-job experience with technologies such as virtualization, unified communications and platform as a service. The skills they're learning will serve them well as the business expands its adoption of emerging technologies.
