Quiz: What's Your Leadership Style?

Executives behave and display a certain style when they are conscious of their role and play in public the role of the CEO, CFO, or the CIO for that matter. Do you have the leadership style of a CIO? Do you have what it takes to become a CEO of a high-tech company?

Korn/Ferry International, the world's largest executive search firm and leadership solutions provider, has identified four key Leadership Styles among all executives: the Task-Oriented Style, the Social Style, the Intellectual Style and the Participative Style. Our data indicates that successful executives in different positions exhibit different combinations of these styles. To find out your primary and secondary leadership styles, answer the following 14 questions.
