In the latest round of a patent and trademark battle, Samsung has asked a judge to make Apple provide it with samples of its next-generation mobile devices. In May, Apple demanded and was granted that Samsung reveal several of its newest smartphones and tablets. Should Apple be forced to show Samsung its next iPhone and iPad?
