AT&T has proposed a $39 billion takeover of T-Mobile USA. AT&T says the acquisition will advance U.S. leadership in mobile data and improve consumers' wireless experience. There are clear winners and losers if the deal goes through, but is AT&T's plan to buy T-Mobile good for you or your business?
