QuickPoll: Is Verizon's mobile data throttling move fair?

One week ahead of the Verizon iPhone's release, Verizon Wireless has warned new customers who reach the top 5% of heavy users that their data service will be throttled back, even on unlimited plans. While the move has been criticized by users, analysts defend Verizon's change for trying to avoid the problems AT&T faced with Apple's data-hungry smartphone. Is Verizon's move fair?
