Sample equipment disposal agreement

This document is an example of how the Fortune 500 company presented its IT equipment disposal requirements to its vendor in contract form. The contract language specifies disposal practices and how data is to be erased from discarded PCs, requires a documented audit trail and gives the customer the right to inspect the vendor's operations for compliance (download PDF).
