Avaya Inc. in Basking Ridge, N.J., last week announced its Customer Interaction Suite, a group of contact-center products with features designed to help contact-center personnel manage state and national "do not call" registries, among other things. The software products are also integrated with industry-standard servers, increasing their support for VoiceXML and IP telephony applications, the company said.
Pricing and shipping information weren't disclosed.
