Computerworld - Although generally satisfied with their roles, especially given high unemployment rates, most of the 1,400-plus IT workers and managers who participated in our annual Job Satisfaction Survey are sorely missing the perks of a healthy economy. What they're getting instead are increased workloads, fewer career opportunities and less training than ever.
