Help With ITIL

Computerworld - Software: Many vendors have software that is designed to comply with ITIL standards. BMC Software, HP and IBM are among those catering to the ITIL-conscious.

Consulting and training firms: Pink Elephant, Evergreen Systems Inc., the ITSM Academy, ITSM Solutions and others offer ITIL services such as evaluations, staff training and consulting. Its a booming market, says ITSM Academy President Jayne Groll. In 2003, people couldnt spell ITIL. In 2007, ITIL is mainstream.
