Picayune complaint? Perhaps. But why does Microsoft persist in making tiny targets for mouse clicks -- like this small area for the Shutdown options pop-up that it doesn't want you to click? The buttons it wants you to click instead are huge. Don't give your user base carpal-tunnel syndrome just to herd them into the direction that you want them to go.
