Moffitt, one of the National Cancer Institute's elite Comprehensive Cancer Centers, takes the worry out child care for its working families. Tampa, Fla.-based Moffitt partnered with Bright Horizons Family Solutions to offer the Back-Up Care Advantage Program, giving employees access to a national network of high-quality care for both children and elderly family members where and when they need it. Programs available include center-based backup child care, in-home care for mildly ill children , in-home backup child care and elder/adult care. Backup can also be used to ease the transition to a regular work schedule when an employee is returning from leave or to accommodate changes in flexible work arrangements, business travel or relocation to another city. The program is available for use 20 days per dependent per year. Co-payments range from $15 to $30 per day.
