Through the Learning Together program, employees are encouraged to choose education programs and courses that enhance job performance, intellectual growth, professional development and creative interests. The program is a benefit available to all employees as well as employees of wholly owned subsidiaries. Boeing invests more than $100 million in employee education, career growth and skills improvement through the program. Currently, over 22,000 employees are enrolled in education programs at more than 1,000 colleges, universities, vocational programs and other learning centers. Since the program's inception, thousands of employees have completed undergraduate and advanced degrees, certificates and other career-enhancing educational programs.
