The reason Y

It's more than a few years back, and this company has standardized on PC word processing software -- and one user is having trouble getting used to it, reports a support pilot fish on the scene.

"This very nice lady just could not get used to the idea of saving documents," fish says.

"I finally wrote up a sequence of keys for her to go through to save. The last key to press was 'Y' to confirm that she wanted to save the document.

"I can't count the number of times she called me when she couldn't find a document she had saved.

"I would inevitably find it -- stored with the filename 'Y.'"
