Officially designated 'expert' IT person joins the staff at the law firm where this pilot fish works, and promptly sends a group email to more than 1,500 clients -- all of them listed on the cc: line.

"Now 1,500 people know all our clients' email addresses," grumbles fish.

"Result: lots of very annoyed clients, many of whom decide they have to change their email addresses.

"Plus there's some really negative publicity for the firm.

"But, guess what? The IT 'expert' still kept his job..."
