Frantic user calls this help desk pilot fish: I got a spam email, asking me to supply my user and passwords to reset my email account. What should I do?
"I told him to forward the email to email@example.com," fish says. "That's our spam-handling account.
"The user said, 'So where do I send the email to?'
"Again, I replied with the same answer -- send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
"The user said, 'But where do I send the email to?'
"After the fourth time through, I finally said, 'Spam@ourcompanyname.org is an email address here. You should forward the spam email to that address. We'll check the spam and figure out the appropriate action.'
"I didn't suggest out loud that he should turn on his brain before coming to work..."
