KB 3081448, KB 3081449, KB 3081452 arrive on Windows 10 sans documents

If you're running Windows 10 RTM (build 10240), you got Cumulative Update 5 and two other surprises with no pedigree -- and your machine will reboot tonight

One new cumulative update for Windows 10 just appeared, and two other updates -- with no posted description yet -- also made it into the Win10 forced update queue. By my reckoning, this is Win10 Cumulative Update 5:

As of this moment, there are no KB articles for any of the three patches, and the Windows Update master list has not been updated. Presumably we'll get some sort of description in the next day or two, even if it's only "This update includes improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10" variety.

There's a Reddit thread on the three patches, but no information yet.

Poster aberg on Neowin says the following:

For some reason 449 changed my display settings to 150% from 125% and I didn't get 452.

I'm opening up an AskWoody post for comments. Please drop by and let me know what you find.
