IT support specialist pilot fish is responsible for getting temps and new hires at this company their user names and initial passwords.

"I give out the same password to all new employees -- Security123, with a capital S -- and they change it upon their first successful login," fish says.

"I received a help desk ticket from one new hire, saying that his initial password was not working. I asked him what he was typing as a password.

"His response was: 'S-E-C-U-R-I-T-Y-1-2-3-W-I-T-H-A-C-A-P-I-T-A-L-S.'"
