Good thing you missed that the first time around

Pilot fish working for a county's emergency services gets a trouble ticket from a deputy whose laptop is having sound problems.

"I checked it out and found a virus that had corrupted the OS," says fish. "After formatting and re-installing the OS, everything worked great for a few days.

"The officer called me again the next week. He said the sound had stopped working on his laptop again.

"I started going over it, and quickly realized that he had a cord plugged into the headphone jack -- but nothing on the other end."
