That'll help stability. Productivity? Not so much.

Flashback a few years to when this IT pilot fish is working for a big military contractor that's providing IT support and services for a military service.

"They sent us all new workstations to set up and distribute to all our employees," says fish. "We set a large number of them up and began imaging them with Ghost.

"A little while later, the main DNS team for the company called us and said our small shop had somehow taken down a good deal of the DNS systems structure.

"They still hadn't figured out what and how we did that -- they just said whatever we were doing, stop."
