Help-desk tech gets a call from a user complaining that her files are missing, reports a pilot fish in the know.

"She said someone must have deleted them," fish says. "The tech went to the user's office computer to investigate. User told the tech that when she left for the day on the previous evening, her files were on the desktop.

"Tech proceeded to begin logging the client off so he could further investigate as local administrator, when he noticed that the person who was currently logged on was not the person who was concerned about the missing files.

"Tech then finished logging off of the computer, and had the concerned user log on. Guess whose missing files miraculously reappeared?"
