User calls this help-desk pilot fish: "My computer won't let me log back in."

Fish: Tell me what happened right before the issue.

User: "I was remoted into the Terminal Server and wanted to see my desktop on my computer so I remoted into my desktop."

Fish: You are on your desktop here at work and are remoting into the Terminal Server, and then from the Terminal Server remoting back into your desktop here at work. Is that correct?

User: "Yeah, and now it locked me out and won't let me log in."
