At least she actually TOLD you what happened

User calls this help-desk pilot fish saying she can't turn on her laptop.

"I went through the normal questions -- making sure it was plugged in and the power adapter had a light on it," says fish. "She confirmed everything.

"Then she passed on this gem: 'I accidentally hit shutdown instead of restart and I do not remember how to turn the laptop back on.'

"I actually laughed on the phone and apologized for it, telling her she took me completely off-guard with that. I then informed her that pressing the little blue blinking light on the right edge of the docking station would turn it back on for her."
