Pilot fish gets a request from a user with what she thinks might be a problem.

"She wanted me to check to see if a monthly email from her daycare is being blocked or blacklisted or in the SPAM folder on the mail server," says fish.

"I asked her if there is a set day of the month it is emailed.

"'No, it varies,' she replied.

"So I then asked her what email address the newsletter is being sent from.

"'I don't know,' she sputtered. 'It's my daycare!'"
