Too much and not enough at the same time

Pilot fish gets a high-priority message from a department manager about printing from a midrange system:

One of my employees is getting all of another employee's print jobs and we are going through stacks of paper as well as causing her a delay to get her print jobs done. Please help. I attached a picture to show how much paper is being wasted several times a day!

"The attached picture showed a stack of paper approximately an inch high," says fish.

"Needless to say, nowhere was there anything identifying the affected employees or the relevant printers.

"After I sent a reply noting that it was a nice picture but lacking in useful information, things were arranged to her satisfaction."
