This decidedly non-IT pilot fish's young granddaughter comes to him with a problem: Her computer has stopped working.

Reports fish, "As the Mr. Fixit of the family, she asked me, 'Poppy, my computer's broke, can you fix it? Poppy, you can fix anything.'

"So after asking a lot of questions at the local shop and looking over books at the library, I started off on an adventure into computers.

"Being mechanically inclined, I tore it down, cleaned everything in it and checked every part for a clue as to why it was not working.

"After carefully replacing all the parts back in their places, I turned the power switch on the power supply to on..."
