User calls IT support asking for help because she can't get up to the top of the screen with her mouse, says a pilot fish in the loop.

"When the technician went to help her with her problem, she showed him that she couldn't get up to the top of her screen," fish says. "The technician showed her that she could pick up the mouse and move it anywhere she needs to.

"The user said the actual problem came when she turned her ergonomic mouse pad around because she 'got sick of the cushion,' and now she kept running her mouse into the cushion."
