User's laptop won't load the operating system -- it only gets as far as a solid blue screen, reports an IT support pilot fish.

"I called him back and asked, have you totally powered it off and back on again?" says fish. "She said, 'Yes, but I'll try again.' Magically, the computer loaded the operating system successfully.

"She said, 'Does this have anything to do with me not taking it home?

"I said, what do you mean?

"She said, 'Well another user told me that it isn't good for your laptop if you don't take it home every now and then.'"
